Historic Cleveland Heights mansion, long home to the College Club, eyed for apartments

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio – A 112-year-old mansion, built for a fastener magnate and occupied for decades by a private club, is set to return to its residential roots.

WXZ Development aims to transform the historic home, at 2348 Overlook Road, and its carriage house into 14 high-end apartments. Plans for the $12.5 million project also include construction of 13 for-sale townhouses on the east side of the 1.8-acre site.
